I bought this one on a whim and even though it was for myself, it came packaged in a nice little gift box. I like how it’s broken down into morning and night sections, although I often cheat and start working on the morning section the night before – much like gratitude and mindfulness, I believe in efficiency, too. And the constantly varied daily exercises give just enough guidance to get you thinking and keep things interesting.
Easily the best journal I’ve found so far.
Don't be misled, this book is pretty much a mindfulness book targeted to guys who would regularly never stop and think about being mindful. This is exactly why it is such a hit in my opinion. It manages to hold your hand through the whole process of becoming more and more mindful while also being entertaining and being mindful of your time (pun intended). The fact that all its content was split on different daily things to do is just perfect.
I got this journal for my significant other. The first thing we noticed is that it was wrapped very professionally and the materials were good quality. And when we opened it to look inside, we saw that it is written so well; the journal is hilarious, and I think that really helps people who are less accustomed to writing in a journal. It is guided, so it doesn’t just have blank pages; my boyfriend found this really helpful and he actually looks forward to writing in it and reflecting. We were very pleasantly surprised :)
